Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handwoven fabrics. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging when possible
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return
- Items must not be damaged, altered, or washed
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely and include the return authorization number
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and timeframes as regular returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Items without proof of purchase
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've processed it, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate.
